Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Legitimate Interests. We may use personal information where this is necessary for the legitimate operation of LEYKA Photography, including maintaining appropriate client and business records, administering and protecting our services, responding to enquiries or claims, and maintaining a photographic archive, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Consent. Where we rely on your consent for a particular use of your personal information, including where applicable certain uses of photographs for promotional or publication purposes, you may withdraw the consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

The need to retain archived images will be reviewed periodically.
